Robert Louis Schenck, Age 91, of Brighton, Michigan, passed away surrounded by his children on August 1st, 2019 at 6:25PM. Born on August 31st, 1927 in Dayton, Kentucky. Preceded in death by his son, John Patrick Schenck. Dearly loved brother of Marilyn Kavalauskas, Carol Sue Whitt and Barbara Pitman. Beloved father of James Schenck (Theresa), Jacqueline Hubert (Daniel), Jennifer Bassett (Kent), Mary Kliber (William) and Elizabeth Lakins. Loving grandfather to fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Memorial Celebration will be at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel, 403 S. 4th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI on August 31st, 2019, 1:00-5:00PM, (734) 663-3375. In honor of his military service, internment will be at the Great Lakes Cemetery in Holly, MI on August 23, 2019.   In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Penrickton Center for Blind Children in Taylor, MI.
